创作共用协议-署名-非商业性使用-相同方式共享，英文名称Creative Commons，Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike，最新版本为2.5，有中文版本，该协议即允许他人对您享有著作权的作品及演绎作品进行复制、发行、展览、表演、放映、广播或通过信息网络向公众传播，但在这些过程中对方必须保留您对原作品的署名。允许他人对您享有著作权的作品及演绎作品进行复制、发行、展览、表演、放映、广播或通过信息网络向公众传播，但仅限于非商业性目的。允许别人分发基于你作品的派生作品，但是条件是必须提供和你的作品许可协议相同的许可协议。该协议全文如下：
 

您可以自由：

• 复制、发行、展览、表演、放映、广播或通过信息网络传播本作品
• 创作演绎作品

With the understanding that:

• Waiver — Any of the above conditions can be waived if you get permission from the copyright holder.
